My powerbank is completely silent. I suspect a defective cell. I would make a 5sec video clip and return/send the device with this info + description.

A USB-C cable for charging is usually included with this power bank model, as several sources indicate. However, a special charger (65W PD Charger) is not included and must be purchased separately.

This powerbank is compatible with Surface Pros, including the Surface Pro 7, as it supports USB-C charging with Power Delivery (PD) 3.0/3.1, meeting the power requirements of 36W to 65W needed for these devices. It offers a USB-C output of up to 140W, more than enough to efficiently charge a Surface Pro via USB-C.

You can charge both your laptop and the power bank with the USB-C cable supplied, provided your laptop has a USB-C charging port and the cable is suitable for Power Delivery (PD). The power bank supports Power Delivery up to 100 W via the USB-C port and is explicitly suitable for laptops. The cable is therefore not only intended for charging the power bank, but also works for charging your laptop, provided it supports the necessary power and the PD standard.

You can charge up to three devices simultaneously with the power bank, including an iPhone 15 and an iPhone 12 Pro Max at the same time, as it has three ports (2x USB-C, 1x USB-A) and offers a total output of up to 100 W. This makes it easy to charge both iPhones at the same time.

The charging time of the powerbank at 68 watts cannot be calculated directly, as the maximum charging power of the powerbank is 65 watts. With a charging capacity of 65 watts, the powerbank can be fully charged in around 1.6 to 2 hours.

It is possible to operate the Starlink Mini with this power bank as it offers an output of 145 W, which exceeds the required output of at least 100 W for the Starlink Mini. However, the Starlink Mini requires a USB Power Delivery (PD) source with a specific output of 100 W at 20 V/5 A, which corresponds to this power bank as it supports Power Delivery 3.1.

The test has shown that it does NOT work with PowerBanks with combined IN/OUT connections. If there is too little light, the solar cell starts to consume power instead of simply stopping operation. It seems to work with PowerBanks with separate IN/OUT connections. Tested with a GOODAA that has one MicroUSB for charging and one USB-C and two USB-A for external devices. Unfortunately it's too weak to last a few days with fog. I'll keep looking....

Yes, you can do that. If you have plugged the power bank into the notebook, then it is the same for the notebook as if you had connected the device to the mains. However, the power bank should supply at least 60W. This Ugreen charges a normal business notebook just under once. Whether you can last 5 hours with it also depends on the battery in your notebook and the power settings on it. Of course, you cannot supply the external monitor (or your router) with power from the power bank. If you have such power failures from time to time, I would rather buy a UPS. Or you could just go to the office (if there's power there ;-)
