Sometimes that happens to me too. It probably also says "pairing". This happens when it does not automatically recognise the second Bud. The following steps help me every time. Switch off both buds by holding the buttons down for 6 seconds. 2. Restart the buds by pressing and holding the buttons for 13 seconds. Wait until the lights stop flashing. 3. Put the buds back in the case and wait another 10 seconds. Then you can connect them again. If necessary, disconnect the Buds completely in the Bluetooth settings and then reconnect them. I hope it works for you as it did for me.

Grüezi I don't get warm ears with my Tolv ;). Both always have normal (body temp.) when they are in the ear in function. Greetings
