No, with the Arctis 7+ you can't listen to PS5 and PC sound at the same time when switching between systems. The headset uses a USB-C dongle that allows you to switch between different platforms such as PS5, PS4, PC, Android and Switch, but it can only maintain a connection to one platform at a time. To hear the sound from another platform, you need to connect the dongle to the appropriate device and switch the connection. There is no function that allows you to listen to the sound from multiple platforms at the same time.

I was able to do some research and the headset is physically a stereo headset but can play 7.1 Spatial Virtual Surround Sound. Yes, the headset also has software for the audio settings. It is a very good alternative to the Roccat Elo 7.1.

Rather not. At https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-7-plus (Compatibility), TV devices are not listed as supported. Apart from the fact that the USB audio transmitter is USB-C, which is rather unusual for TVs, the USB ports on TVs (without drivers) do not normally support the necessary protocols for such audio transmission.

Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this yet. As soon as the product becomes available for us through our suppliers, we can check a possible inclusion. :)

I have had this headset for about 2 months and I find the volume very good. I always have it at 40% volume and that is already loud for me. At 100%, they're already too loud. Almost like a Bluetooth box😅

I also bought it about a week ago. But I don't notice any difference, but I don't have any music hearing either and then it could be that the difference is too small or my hearing is already dulled. But it could also be that my headphones are working properly. I don't think my answer really helps you, sorry.

A friend! :) The moment I realised that the chat mix could only be managed via software (even though a hardware controller is still available), I packed up and returned it. The Arctis 9 (the old version, not 9X) offered everything I wanted and was below the RRP of the Arctis 7 at the time (only available second-hand here). But when this one gives up the ghost, it's going to take a lot to keep me buying models from this range. I'd also like to know about products from other manufacturers with multiple audio endpoints and hardware controls.
