No, you can't turn it off. There are just two options for this setting: It's always either actively cancelling the ambient sound or reproducing it.

Unfortunately not, but it's not supposed to be bad. I use it with the pc, ps4 and mobile phone, and am very satisfied, including Beethoven, Bach, Frank, Rimsky Korsakov, Strauss etc. My opinion. The performance for its price.
Of course, it is 0 if via bluetooth because it is active. Since they are not magnetostats, it doesn't matter anyway. All Sony headphones are very sensitive, so not a big load for headphone amplifiers.
