Hello, The headphones are great, but they are geared towards music. Even talking on the phone is uncomfortable, as with all these types of headphones. I use 3 models from Sony, Sony WH-CH510 / WH-CH700N / WH-XB900N, but only for music and TV, all 3 are top, highly recommended. Here comes the most important thing, the other person is not completely satisfied with the call quality. My recommendation, for meetings and telephony I use headphones that are specially designed for this purpose, e.g. the Plantronics and Jabra brands also suppress some annoying background noises such as wind and even the hoover, depending on the product type.

Does your Samsung TV have Bluetooth? It's news to me that these have Bluetooth built in. If so, it should work without any problems. (It would help if you could give the model number).
Hello Angelina, it does not have a 3.5 mm jack connection. So the project does not work.
I would say that these echoes are probably not related to the Headphones. It's more likely that the echoes are because of a bad telephone connection especially if the call is a VoIP call. Yes the Sony Headphones are great quality for the price, unlike the iPhone or any other apple products which are just hyped up for no good reason. I have bought these Headphones and another more expensive over the ear model and am very happy with both. I have never been disappointed with any Sony Products.
I ordered the headphones about three weeks ago and use them regularly for MS Teams. This works flawlessly.
It's actually more on-ear, but if you have very small ears, over-ear might also work.
