I bought one from Digitec on Friday a week ago. At noon the availability was "Over 10 in stock" and by evening it was sold out again. I always had the page open on my work computer and tracked the stock for a long time.
I saw a box displayed in a shop window in Kloten during the week, maybe there are still some available. But I don't know if Kloten is "on the way" for you.

It's disc edition, came with one controller.
Didn't give an option to switch out the game for another one unfortunately.
According to the bundle reference yes, the console has a disk drive.
