Hi According to the manufacturer, they are neither waterproof (not certified) nor should you wear them if you sweat a lot (e.g. at the gym etc.). So I would say at your own risk. The change is definitely worth it. The sound is worlds better, the workmanship is superb and the BASS is even more awesome. I had the first Crusher Wireless, then the Crusher 360, then the Crusher ANC and now these. They are the best, even better than the ANC: The ANC are not as well made as these.
