Exactly, and around 21 November the headphones were regularly available for CHF 269 ... at CHF 100 to a maximum of CHF 150 I would buy them ... the headphones won't last long with the plastic ear cups, which also make you sweat. The sweat dissolves the plastic coating of the ear cups after about 6 months and the stuff then sticks to your ears and clothes. Really unpleasant ... Removable, washable ear cups made of cotton or real leather would be more hygienic and durable as well as more comfortable ... THEN CHF 269 would be justified ...

In my experience, you can only switch between 2 devices. These are then listed in the app and you can select/deselect them.

Hello Michi Maybe it's a matter of definition how quietly you listen to music. I tested the best ANC headsets for silence at the beginning of 2023 (without music) and that's why they went back again, because there are already better ones. I can't remember anymore, but I think with the Momentum 4 the noise was the reason and I'm personally very sensitive. However, I can give you one piece of advice. Of all the top products currently on the market, the only one I haven't tried is the Apple one (which is also supposed to be great). In the end, I kept the Sony WH-1000XM5, which is ultra quiet and couldn't be better. I consider music quality to be a matter of taste, and the Sennheiser is definitely a pleasure to listen to. The Bose NC 700 also has a great sound and does a better job of removing voices than the Sony, but again it has a lot of noise (similar to the Momentum 4). By the way, the Sony is also one of the best in terms of wearing comfort. So for sleeping, I can only advise against the Sennheiser and recommend the Sony. Other brands than those mentioned do not currently have ANC that is convincing for falling asleep. You can find something nice in the 300-500 CHF price segment, but unfortunately not below that. Hope this helps :-) Kind regards

With the Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones, active noise cancellation (ANC) cannot be completely deactivated while they are being used in active mode. Instead, you can switch between different ANC settings, including a transparency mode that allows ambient noise to pass through. The ANC function can be customised via the Sennheiser Smart Control app, where users can choose between adaptive ANC and transparency mode. However, there is no option to switch off ANC completely when the headphones are active. To use the headphones without digital EQ settings, you would have to switch them off and use a cable.

The Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless is compatible with Apple devices, including MacBooks and iPads, but there are some limitations and differences in functionality to consider. - The headphones support Bluetooth and can be connected to Apple devices via Bluetooth. It supports the Bluetooth codecs SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD and aptX Adaptive, which enables a good connection with various devices. - For a wired connection, a 2.5mm to 3.5mm TRS cable and a USB-A to USB-C cable can be used, but this does not provide audio transmission via USB for Apple devices such as the AirPods Max. - While the connection with Apple devices is stable, compatibility with certain Apple-specific features such as Spatial Audio and the H1 chip, which are present in the Apple AirPods Max, is not. Overall, the Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless is therefore compatible with Apple devices, but does not offer the same seamless integration as Apple's own products.

Hi, unfortunately I get feedback from people I talk to on the phone that they hear very loud background noise and voices when I use the headphones. I would therefore not use them for work.

Having never had the Momentum 3 before the 4, I can only suggest that you read this comparison: https://www.digitec.ch/en/page/audio-test-sennheiser-momentum-4-vs-momentum-3-24958 I think that only an advanced audiophile would be able to distinguish a difference, so it would be necessary to do some research among professionals. Good listening!

There are several reviews of the headphones on YouTube, which often mention the call / microphone quality: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Sennheiser+Momentum+4+Wireless+review Alternatively, many customers have also left a review on our product page if you would like to look through them :)
