All Samsung UHD/4K TVs have HDMI ports with version 2.0, but if the topic is "Dolby Atmos", then the HDMI ports of the Q70R are already prepared for HDMI 2.1, but still need software updates, which are currently not yet available.

Use the TV without the soundbar. But I have read that the Bose boxes are simply compatible with each other. Probably not with other systems. Maybe a comparison with the detailed technical specifications of the two products would help. But I think not.

I myself only have experience with the QE65Q70R. I don't know the other TV. However, I am personally completely satisfied with the model mentioned. The picture and sound reproduction are convincing and the functions I use work as expected. Without knowing exactly what you want to use the TV for, it should be noted that the other model is a second-hand product from last year. According to the product information, the stand is also missing. For my personal use, I would have chosen the QE65Q70R. But if you want to hang the TVs anyway, it probably won't make any difference. For a price difference of CHF 250, the older model is probably a good choice - but as I said, I have no experience with it.
