SRF channels cannot be received. The channel scan shows >180 channels, but most of them are not displayed. Does anyone know why this is the case? Can this be adjusted? Reception has been checked at various locations, always with the same result, e.g. SRF3 cannot be received.

Hi, I know the problem and with the support of an employee of "Roberts Radio Technical (AEL) I successfully did the following: 1. system reset on the radio (radio on, select DAB, search for "System" with the Info/Menu button, select, then select "Factory" with the search wheel. Press to confirm the selection. This is followed by the reset. Here is a link to the reset: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1070822/Roberts-Rambler.html?page=34#manual. There is a new scan when restarting. IMPORTANT: 2. interrupt the scanning process as soon as the radio finds stations (switch off the device!) 3. then manually search for the channel containing the desired stations (12C) Good luck!
