The Reolink solar panel is not designed for use with other brands of solar cameras. It is specifically optimised for Reolink rechargeable battery cameras, and use with other devices could result in reduced charging efficiency or damage to these devices.

Enough sunlight? I've also had this in the dark winter months. Too much shade or objects that were 'in the way'. Otherwise, it could be that the plug wasn't plugged in correctly, or simply a defect. So difficult to say

Reolink has extension cables! Connect a maximum of 2 in series, gives 13m range. Reolink solar extension cable (solar cable)

I haven't tried it, but I think it's good for charging with equivalent consumption.

The Reolink USB-C Solar Panel 2 is designed specifically to power Reolink battery-powered network cameras, not to charge external USB batteries. It is compatible with Reolink battery-powered cameras with a USB Type-C interface, and is also backwards compatible with Micro-USB interfaces.
