When connected to PC, in THX mode, the headphones do not work correctly, the sound increases or decreases, there is a delay of 2 seconds from the beginning of sound playback. Sometimes you can hear clicks, as if there is a problem with voltage. All sound enhancement functions in Synapse program do not work. ( reinstalled the program 3 times )))) even installed an old version of Synapse 3 , did not help ) But when you turn on stereo mode (you need to disable THX surround sound mode in Windows), the headphones work correctly, but the additional sound settings do not work either. What should I do? Is it a defect in the headphones ? Or not an improvement of the Razer software, which conflicts with the operation of Windows????
