Hello, Unless I'm mistaken, on the Razer chroma software you can select modes that react to the games you play or different lighting modes. You need to search these settings to solve your problem. If you don't have any mechanical problems with the keys, that's where the problem lies and not with the keyboard's hatdware.
Unfortunately, our supplier does not offer the desired product with CH layout.

According to the manufacturer, these are Doubleshot ABS keycaps.
These are the yellow switches. We currently only carry the SKU in this version. We have requested a correction of the specifications.
