My husband bought me the Polaroid snap touch and we tested it straight away. Satisfied as far as it goes, but the protective cap wasn't included! Can I buy it separately?

I bought the product in December 2016. After some time, however, it was no longer possible to use the camera as it no longer responded. On 20.02.2018 I received a replacement product which now has the same fault. The warranty for the device purchased in December 2016 has now expired. Does this also apply to the replacement device?

You should actually have received a new warranty again for the replacement unit. But it is best to ask the customer service directly and not other customers in the community.

Yes you can, it is also possible to photograph everything with your smartphone, including editing, uploading and then printing. However, I would not buy this camera again. Picture quality is not really good, the print format is strange and the touch reacts very badly.
