I have recently purchased the Panasonic DC-FZ 1000 II. I am looking for a wireless remote shutter release to go with it. Most of the matching products are with an adapter that is mounted on the hot shoe of the camera and then connected WITH a cable to the shutter release. I would like a wireless remote trigger that is switched to remote trigger on the camera, like the Nikkon for example, and that's it. I can shoot from several metres away WITHOUT a cable! Is there anything suitable that is not ORIGINAL PANASONIC?

Panasonic will surely provide a corresponding smartphone app like other manufacturers (e.g. Sony). Have you already checked this?

According to the test report, the camera has no splash water and dust protection. Question: how important is that? I am aware that this is my personal decision. But is splash and dust protection really relevant, or is it something where you say "it's not much use anyway, so it doesn't matter if it's not there"?

Battery, charging cable, lens cap, shoulder strap, lens hood & instruction manual. SD card and charger for external battery charging are accessories to be ordered separately in Switzerland.

Hello, this is not a question, but a note. I ordered the camera, unpacked it and noticed that it did not feel good in my hand. I immediately packed everything up and returned it. Digitec charged me 70 francs for it. The device has no scratches and is still new. I don't understand that. No other provider is so brazen with their customers. Only order if you are 100% sure. Never return anything here. That's a rip-off.

Digitec can no longer sell an unpacked camera as a new one. Should such costs be added to the prices for other customers? If you want to touch and test cameras first, you should go to a specialist shop, otherwise we will soon have German conditions here, where it is normal to order several cameras "for viewing" and then send them back after a weekend of testing.
