The difference is in the model of fans included with the product, for this model there are 3 x RGB Duo fans with 20 individually addressable RGB LEDs and the double sided lighting makes any colour scheme visible from any angle, while the second product includes 3x "standard RGB fans", and the specifications of the product along with the supplier offering it affects the final price of the product

This is because these versions have different suppliers and the whites are much more readily available, which means that we can buy them in larger quantities at much lower prices.
