It is currently 2:29 a.m. on 12.05.2023, I have been waiting TWO HOURS for the sales of this product to open. It was IMPOSSIBLE to pre-order it. There were '10 pieces in stock' up to two hours ago, but now you report that it is 'not available'. I understand that you had a larger oridne than you perhaps expected, but it would have been fairer to write NOW that it was no longer available. To make customers wait until the day of the sale and then tell them that the product is no longer available is a huge joke. I often order from digitech, and will continue to do so, but today I am very disappointed in you. You deserve a walk of shame at GOT.

So we preorder this as soon as it becomes available and 2 days later gets a 12% price cut? Does this feel weird only to me?

I placed and paid for my order on the 17th of February and I've just received a message now explaining that my order is cancelled because you don't have it! So you came to me with an article without having it? Unacceptable. No solution offered. Now I have to find the item at exorbitant prices as the date is getting closer and closer.

I took an extra day off on 12.05.23 and tried to order the CollectorsVersion of The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom from 0.00 to 3.10 a.m.. Supposedly there were more than 10 in stock. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to order the collector's version, the product was sold out in one fell swoop. i feel like i've been had. nice birthday present, thank you.

Is it no longer possible to pre-order the Collector's Edition because too many pre-orders have already been made or there is a limit to the points of sale? It's not only at Digitec but everywhere else. It is no longer available for pre-order anywhere.
