With my version (ordered 5 months ago) it was the PC buttons (radio and start) but on the MOZA homepage this version is no longer available. I suspect that the new version will only be supplied with the Xbox buttons.

The Moza bases are all NOT compatible with xbox/ps. Moza should release an R3 which is compatible with xbox/ps in the near future.

Is that the ES steering wheel from MOZA? From the button layout it seems to be this, does that mean it is also compatible with the R12? There are compatibilities in the tab.
