The variant with the CH keyboard layout is unfortunately only produced by Logitech with the Brown switches.

According to our research with the supplier, this keyboard does not have a tactile brown switch.
Is there any way to set the keyboard to a game mode?
Or to deactivate the Windows key with a hotkey?

No, unfortunately not. According to Logitech, the colour is only available for the Mechanical MX Mini for Mac. You can find the Mac edition here: Logitech MX Mechanical Mini for Mac (CH, Wireless)

How to connect for charging ? It's required the USB hub?
According to https://www.logitech.com/en-roeu... the keyboard should work with macOS 10.15 or later. I can find no information about limitations for M1-CPUs. You can charge the keyboard using a USB-C charging cable (USB-A to USB-C, also included)
