1 tuner, and no, simultaneous recording and watching is not possible with this model. But the price is a little lower. In my case it doesn't matter, I use the B9S exclusively as a PC monitor and not as a "TV".
According to our information, the TV supports Dolby Atmos. However, Sonos products cannot play back the audio track in this way (except for the new SONOS Arc via HDMI).

Should work, the B9S already supports Apple Homekit and Airplay 2 ex works.

According to my router, the TV is connected with 100Mbit/s via cable. So no, not a 1GBit connection.
