Yes, you can operate two connections at the same time, but they cannot transmit sound at the same time, i.e. if you listen to music on one device and a call comes in on the other, the music will be interrupted. In my experience, calls have priority over music and with 2 music signals, the dongle has priority over Bluetooth.

With this model, the ear cups cannot be exchanged (as far as I know, not easily). In your case, I would recommend that you take a closer look at the model with over-ear cups (Jabra Evolve2 85).

I can't make a direct comparison with the Evolve 75, but my experience with this headset is very good. It allows high-quality conversations even in a busy open-plan office or in a busy home office. I use this headset professionally and have the following problem:
The headset is connected to my docking station via a dongle and to my smartphone via Bluetooth.
Every time I receive a call on my smartphone after an MS Teams call, for example, the other person can only hear me extremely quietly for the first 10 seconds.
After that, the voice quality is perfect again. The same happens when I have had a phone call and then an MS Teams call comes in. It seems as if the headset somehow readjusts the microphone when the source is changed or something like that. I can always hear the other person perfectly.
Does anyone have similar experiences or a tip for me? It's very annoying when customers can't hear you for the first 10 seconds of the call. The firmware is up to date and I have already reset the headset. I have installed the Jabra app on Windows and on my smartphone.
Hoi and sure - according to Jabra this is the 380: This one for USB-A:

...and yes, these things get lost, break off, crumble.... had a whole bunch of replacements of these in the shop.... if they were still "cheap"... LG
When connecting afterwards: Insert the stick, open the Jabra software (stick is recognised?), then pair via headset (push the button or something all the way forward on the Bluetooth symbol until it flashes blue...) and then click on connect in the software. Good luck ;)
Unfortunately, I ordered the device as a USB-C version instead of USB-A. I don't have a USB-C port on my laptop.
I do have a USB-C port on my laptop, but I need it to charge the laptop.
Now my question or two variants that could possibly solve the problem:
- Is there an adapter for the USB-C port on the laptop to expand it to 2 slots (USB-C) and to charge the laptop and operate the Link 380c there?

I don't want to return the product, as it is quite possible that I will be able to operate the product via USB-C in the near future. But until then I need a solution.

Such adapters already exist, and unfortunately I had already fallen for them because I thought the USB-C referred to the connection on the headphones. This would be such an adapter solution, but used directly on the notebook for on the road it is not so elegant. Yes, the solution with the Sitecom adapter would work. That would be another one, but it's even longer:

And never make the BT connection with the notebook without a dongle, because the notebook BT solutions are not as good as these dongles.
