Thanks for your input - it's a shame you had this experience with the printer. In this case, you are welcome to leave a product rating further down on the product page.
You don't have to subscribe to this, but use conventional or refillable cartridges. I don't have a subscription.
I am also very satisfied with it.
Yes windows 10 and 11 are supported

I have a doubt, I contacted the customer service. I'll come back to them as soon as I get a feedback :)
it prints perfectly for me, and quickly in normal quality. try reinstalling the driver or installing it differently. if it was connected via wifi or router, then there may still be settings to make there.
The difference between the two printers (or MFPs): 9012e: Faster printer, duplex ADF (i.e. you can scan the front and back of the document at the same time) and the 9012e can be connected via USB. Therefore, the 8022e is out of the question, because you cannot connect it via USB. As a cable you would need something like this: Roline USB 2.0 cable (4.50 m)
Yes, the last settings are adopted when the print job is printed.
According to the manufacturer's website, this should be possible: https://support.hp.com/ch-de/document/c07421082#AbT17
Ink cartridges are included, but they are for set-up and are only about 1/4 full. I recommend that you order a set of cartridges at the same time.
Between 9010e and 9012e It's definitely the same device, the difference is the different free instant ink time. However, if you're not a heavy user and print varying amounts per month, you're better off with the regular cartridges. In my opinion, there is no difference between the 9012 and 9015, but there is with the 9022!
