does anyone know if the rams under the fan be quiet dark rock fit or are they on?

Combined with which motherboard? If the RAM slots go under the cooler, it's probably not enough height.

I have a problem taking the memories to 2400 mhz, my mobo only detects them at 2133, and when I turn on the XMP profile 1 the system crashes when in heavy load (i.e. playing Battlefield 1). Solution?

The solution is to run them on 2133 Mhz. It may be possible your mobo can only handle 16 GB at 2400 Mhz?

Will it work if I combine this kit with the Ripjaws 4 (4x, 4GB, DDR4-2400, DIMM 288) in black? I.e. I have 8x 4gb afterwards. Yes, I know it doesn't make much sense but it looks good :)

If it is the exact same RAM, simply in black, I don't see any problems. The mainboard must support Quad Channel RAM.
