It does not need two telephone sockets, but only one and for the second part only one socket. But watch out: There is one version for analogue connections (telephone socket) and one for digital connections (router).
No, they are two separate phones.
Hello A telephone system has several connections. Theoretically, you can connect a Gigaset to each connection. When a call comes in from outside, all the connections will ring. Just remember that all telephone connections must go to this telephone exchange.
Don't know if I understand your question correctly...one base station is connected to the telephone line and the other is not.
Yes, that's definitely how I did it, unfortunately I don't see a simpler variant
I have the C430 Duo. The A stands for answering machine. Which I think is unnecessary because my provider offers this function. DE means German version and is intended for the German market. What this all includes I don't know (adapted power plugs, cables, connections and configuration etc.).
Unfortunately, we don't understand the question. Could you possibly describe it a little more precisely? :)
No, you don't need to :-)
I don't have a Salt Fiber Box but Yealink S20 and it connects.
one of them is a base but still works with the old one now have 2 times base and once handset but tiptop super fast everything installed
Hello Rediener. Yes, you can place the second telephone anywhere in the house. There is only one charging station with a connection to the router. The other charging station only has a power connection.
Yes, the number of the caller can be read on the display at the touch of a button.
According to the manufacturer, this is possible.
Hello, no - I wouldn't use batteries that are too strong because of the heat development/overload when charging. My Gigaset C430 had 650 or 750 mAh in it, but it runs without problems with 1100 mAh (however, these are AAA but here in the spec. it says AA??).
It's the other way round for me: base on the ground floor, add-on in the basement. Works without problems!
Please note that this is an ANALOG Dect telephone. So no matter how the provider offers its services, nothing works without a corresponding breakout box for analogue telephones. For us, the ones with the optical connection and the GGA Maur as provider work - just with this breakout box.
There are many compatible handsets, e.g. art. no. 5701865. To find all compatible handsets, please visit http://www.gigaset.com/de_de/cms/home/kundenservice/privatkunden/kompatibilitaet.html.
That would be the following product: Gigaset C430H
Hello johan666, Wireless here means the connection from the base station (or charging station) to the handset. The base station needs a charger and a connection to the modem. (landline connection etc.) Greetings Mathcore
