No, the Fenix 7 does not have an eSIM. It is only possible to read notifications or pick up the phone from the watch via Bluetooth. You can't make phone calls with the watch alone. The only Garmin capable of making calls is the Venu 2 Plus. Garmin Venu 2 Plus (43 mm, Polymer)

The Fenix 7s, unlike the 6s, all have the same basic functions. They all have mapping. The only difference between the Classic, Solar and Sapphire Solar versions is the glass, the storage capacity and the type of GPS. Note that the 7X has a built-in torch ;-)
