The EcoFlow also needs power for wireless, Bluetooth, display, converter, charge controller...
I'm looking for information on the EcoFlow's 'own requirements', but haven't found anything yet.
I also find it special that the solar charge display is only shown from 40 watts.
In my opinion, this information belongs in the technical data.
This is not so easy and not recommended. You have to install a smart home panel and that is expensive. As you already have a battery, I would buy the extension pack for your existing system.
No, it has never happened to me and I have been using the Delta Pro + 3.6kw extension battery for 1 year, but in the living room at a constant ambient temperature of about 20 degrees. It's used every day for fan heaters, lights, etc. I actually bought it for an alpine hut, but wanted to test it first. At what ambient temperatures did you use your Delta Pro?
The 4 output sockets have a "household-compliant" voltage of 220 volts (but I have not measured this directly, but all applications work the same as with mains power).
I am not technically qualified to answer your question. You should address this directly to EcoFlow. I use a 400W solar panel. Below about 100W charge level the charging becomes negligent. I doubt if 40W is enough to charge this specific power station. I hope this helps.
With a time switch, I only feed the Ecoflow with a low tariff up to 50%. The sun takes care of the rest. If necessary, the Smart Generator comes in at 20%.
How long the refrigerator runs depends on its energy demand and on the energy (E = power x time) supplied by the solar panel during continuous operation. If the energy of the panel averaged over the operating time covers that of the refrigerator, continuous operation is possible. The EcoFlow's storage tank compensates for E fluctuations (day/night) up to 3.6 kWh.

DO NOT BUY ECOFLOW PRODUCTS. THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO REPAIR FOR OUR SWITZERLAND MARKET AS PER ANSWER FROM ECOFLOW AFTER A FAILED FIRMWARE UPGRADE. Furthermore, Galaxus says that they do not sell the product directly, sold by a third part vendor and are not responsible for it even if they certainly get a commission on the selling price. So if you buy and something goes wrong, you will enter an insane ping pong game.
"Although I would like to arrange a repair service for you within my approval area, the relevant process is impossible to carry out because of your current residence (Switzerland). Since our repair center is in Germany, you need to send the device back to Germany. This can result in very enormous postage costs and diverse tariffs during the return process between the two countries. The return between Germany and Switzerland has never succeeded. It is unacceptable and senseless for you as well as for us. I hope that you can understand this explanation of the current situation of your device. "
We are very sorry that you had that bad of an experience. The main problem here is, that the involved third party dealer went bankrupt. In this situation, the brand directly gets responsible. All offers from the bankrupt third party dealer were taken off and are no longer available. With EcoFlow products that are bought directly from us, the service is fully coordinated and handled by us in cooperation with corresponding service centres. In general, this problem should also not count for other third party dealers. This is a very rare & unfortunate situation. If there are any open questions, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
Hi beegee, you probably bought the SmartHomePanel (SHP) - which has an even louder fan than the DPro. I solved this by moving the SHP to a room from which I can no longer hear the fans. I then had an electrician run the connection from my fuse box (in the flat) to this room. I then connected the DPros there using the Infinity cables supplied. Everything works quite well. But yes, the fans in the boxes are reminiscent of a server room in operation.... You can't put that in a flat. If I remember EcoFlow's advertising correctly, the units are also placed outside the door ;-).
Hello everyone (Community & Digitec Team)!
I have a question: if you have two DELTA Pro's, can you connect them using the "Infinity cable" and use them as one 7.2 kWh unit as if you had one DELTA Pro + additional battery?
Has anyone already done it?
The reason I ask is because I have 2 Delta Pro's but they don't come with an Infinity cable. I would have to buy this separately, but logically I would only do this if it worked.
Thanks for your answers, LG from AR, Cerna007
Hello, we don't have any experience with the EcoFlow yet. We have not yet connected the DeltaPro to solar power, but only to the house power supply for charging.
Unfortunately, many things don't work as we imagined...
We are currently struggling with the app's settings for the discharge state of charge. We have set from 30-50%, yet it charges at the actual state of 85%.
My understanding is that it should start charging to 50% at a battery level of 30%?
Does anyone have a tip for us or have we misinterpreted the setting?
Thank you very much!
I connected my EcoFlow Delta Pro to three solar panels (1200 W) and to the mains at a campsite. On the output side, I connected an IV heater, the fridge, some light and small appliances. I set the discharge/charge level to 30-50% via the app. If the battery charge is less than 50%, the unit charges via the solar panels and unfortunately also via the mains connection. If the solar panels supply enough power, the mains connection should be able to be switched off via the app, or the mains power even switches off automatically. Is there such a setting that can be made via the mobile phone?
