Important information about the delivery date: The Delid Die Mate 2 is built/assembled by hand at Caseking in Berlin and the individual parts required for this are produced by various manufacturers. The components come from Asia, the manual finishing and thus the final quality control take place in Germany. For the production of new Delid Die Mate 2, we have flown in a (cost-intensive) airfreight shipment of individual parts instead of taking the lengthy sea route. Unfortunately, it currently looks as if the cargo airline can no longer locate our delivery. They are "searching" for it, but at the moment it is considered "missing". On 11 April, we were informed that part of the goods may have been mistakenly transported to Europe on another aircraft, but it is still unclear to us which parcels are involved and whether they are our delivery at all. Due to the current constellation of events, we are therefore unable to give any concrete information on an exact delivery date and are still in close contact with the cargo airline. The above delivery date for the Delid Die Mate 2 is therefore officially considered a vague forecast. We hereby sincerely apologise for these circumstances. We are very sorry! So it will probably take even longer ....... at the moment delivery date at the manufacturer is 19 April until it is with us probably May provided the goods are found ..... :-((
Yes, the help is included with the product.
For the 13700K, a new Delide die mate should be coming out soon that makes safe heading possible. This is available up to the 7th gen. :)
Due to different suppliers and delivery conditions, there may be price differences compared to other suppliers. We always try to set a price that is in line with the market, but this is not possible for all products.
So my personal experience is no, it doesn't work. You have to move the 5690x sideways and not up and down because you have a lot of play sideways without breaking anything. Up and down is not enough and you will have to throw it away or make repairs with a soldering iron. My tip is to use a vice
Hi, I have a Delid kit (DDM2 + liquid metal + etc...). I borrowed it for some time, but stopped because many users were very unsparing with the content, and it quickly became a minus business for me :/ I might consider digging it out again :) Write me via my email (don't worry, it's my 3rd mail-address, you can spam me :D) : ami160.exe@gmail.com
Yes, this works. All socket 11xx from 3rd gen (2nd gen is still soldered)
Hello together, Unfortunately, we had to delete the respective rental requests and answers, as the publication of personal data (email address, mobile phone number etc) violates our community guidelines. An alternative would be our resale platform, otherwise I hope you will find an appropriate platform to rent Delid Die Mate2.
Unfortunately, we do not yet have any further information on when we will receive the product again. As soon as we know more, we will be happy to update this page.
das hier: UHU Hochtemperatur-Silikon, schwarz
Hi Daniel. Yeah the repositioning frame is included in the package. I already used the tool a couple of times and it worked perfectly. The frame is not very accurate in repositioning but it gets the job done. To restick the Heatspreader to the PCB there is also a clamp included to apply pressure until the silicone dries out.
and how do you want to mount the cooler? it should be on top of the cpu.
you can use any high temperature silicone adhesive

I will test it for you until next week have the 8700k and the mate
i buy the glue at caseking, otherwise you can also go to the hardware store and look for nahc uhu high temperature silicone glue. important is the tip of the plastic that comes with it, the hole should not be so big to be able to dose it well.
Would "enjoy" this device with caution. CPU beheading is all about dexterity and is generally high risk, but I'm sure you know that.
...certainly not!
