That's not true, I had 1 speaker in the pack, which makes sense. A highly recommended product, by the way!

The Denon Home 150 supports Wi-Fi connections that are typically established via a router. There is no specific information on whether it will work with a 5G LTE router with SIM. As long as the router provides a stable Wi-Fi connection, the speaker should generally work. However, if you are unsure, I recommend contacting Denon's official support to ensure that the speaker is compatible with your specific router model.

Unfortunately, nothing has changed to this day. For years, I've been hoping for improvements in the integration with Google and support for Youtube music streaming. Unfortunately, nothing has happened there either. I have also wanted a timer function for HEOS devices for years.
To integrate a record player into the Denon HEOS system, there are a few, e.g. the AVR-X1600H DAB has a phono input. It doesn't matter to the Denon HEOS devices whether they are wired with WLAN or via LAN, everything can be integrated with each other if it is operated in the same network, however, I would perhaps better wire a stereo pair with WLAN or LAN, not mixed, should not cause any problems, but from the principle because they work together it seems more logical to me to connect both to the network at the same time.
Yes, all three should then play music. You can simply imagine the group defined as a room. It becomes more problematic if another receiver from Denon or Maranz is involved and someone else would like to watch TV. In this case, I would group them separately.
I have the denon home 150 and they certainly don't have an integrated battery because they have to be connected to the mains. The predecessors had the option of an external battery. By the way, the Denon homes are amazing.
