### WD19S Dock Compatibility with Laptops Compatibility with Acer Notebook Aspire 5 A515-45-R189: - Dell's WD19S Dock is designed to work with laptops equipped with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) and USB-C Power Delivery. If your Acer Notebook Aspire 5 A515-45-R189 has a compatible USB-C port, you'll be able to connect HP ZR24w displays via the dock's DisplayPort ports. However, it's vital to check that your notebook's USB-C port supports these features. Compatibility with the HP Pro Mini 400 G9: - The WD19S dock is primarily designed for laptops, not mini-PCs. The HP Pro Mini 400 G9 does not have a USB-C port that would be required to connect to the WD19S dock. Therefore, it is not possible to use this dock with an HP Pro Mini 400 G9. ### Summary: - Acer Notebook Aspire 5 A515-45-R189: Possible if the USB-C port is compatible. - HP Pro Mini 400 G9: Not compatible due to the lack of a suitable USB-C port.

Hello, the dock station does indeed have 2 display ports and a USB-C connector. I'm not a specialist in the 3.2 generation types, but I can connect the USB-C of my IPAD pro 12.9 inch 4th generation to it.

Yes, I have the 840 G5 connected to me. That works. Except for the network connection, which somehow doesn't work. But it could also be that I have to install a driver. But since it's my client's notebook, I didn't try that and plugged in the network cable directly.

I don't know if it has 5Gbps. I work on a 1GB network and often have to copy large amounts of data. It works well with the USB C. Faster is always better, but the rest must also be correspondingly fast. And that is usually not the case. So everything is good.

Yes, that's right and you haven't done anything wrong. Another thing you could try is to set the resolution to 1080p on both monitors, but that doesn't make sense with a 4K monitor. ;) I also find it amazing that there doesn't seem to be a dock on the market that supports it. We've already tested the i-tec docks, but they can't do that either.
