Yes according to Apple it should work. https://support.apple.com/kb/SP821?locale=de_CH
According to the Apple iMac 27" 2020 3.8GHz model should come with 8GB (two 4GB) of 2666MHz DDR4 memory by default and has four user-accessible SO-DIMM slots configurable to 16GB, 32GB, 64GB or 128GB. (Maximum size of 32 GB). This product should therefore be compatible, as all specifications meet the requirements.
I am using 4x 32GB of this Ram in a 2020 model iMac 27 inch and all 128Gb are working fine. So the memory should also work on a 2019 model
