I had a similar problem with my Macbook M1Max 2021, according to Belkin, the problem is with Apple. Here's what I can advise you: Power cycling: - Turn off your Macbook completely - Unplug your monitor - Plug the HDMI cable into your Macbook and your monitor. - Plug your monitor back in - Turn on your Macbook and the screen again Both HDMI and Displayport can be a bit dopey at times, so a full power cycle can help. Otherwise, I would try a different HDMI cable. Last but not least, you can try a USB-C to HDMI cable, but that's not a good alternative in my opinion. My solution was to step away from Belkin. I reported the problem to Digitec and changed my dock to one from CalDigit (I used the TS3+, the TS4 would be even better).

Hello, that's exactly what I do and it works fine. I dock my private Apple MBP M1 Pro or business Dell Latitude 5411 on it and operate two external monitors (Dell U2720Q and U2515H).
