I have installed the power supply unit. I am missing the cable 12V_ P8 connector. Only the P4 connector of the supplied CPU 1 cable does not fit the CPU 2 P8 connector. Is only the P4 plug sufficient or do I also need the P8 plug, i.e. both. Mainboard Asus Rog Strix Z490E. Thanks and Kind regards

On the mainboard, the 12V 8pin connection must be equipped. The 12 V 4-pin connector can be fitted optionally, but you can usually manage without it. If you take a look at the manual on page 55 of the power supply unit, you will find the following drawing https://www.bequiet.com/admin... This shows that there is a cable that has 2x 4pin connectors, which can be combined to have an 8pin connector.
