The monitor has 2560x1440 pixels and is slightly smaller than 27" (26.5"). It has 500Hz in full screen. I have the monitor next to another 27" monitor and it is actually very slightly smaller.
I had the same problem and then wrote to Asus support with pictures etc.. And after 3 days the money was in the account

For me it's unbeatable for games, but I don't find it so suitable for the office because I don't like the white colour.
Unfortunately, we have no information on this.🤫
It costs £585 when purchased from Digitec (but currently out of stock), and £690 when purchased from another supplier.
