Have you ever tried using a "normal" adapter? For example, from a mobile phone? If it's a quick-charging adapter, that works too. I charge with an Arla adapter, Samsung adapter etc.

Hello No, you do not need a plan for the detections, only for the recordings. Motion detection within 5 sec. on the mobile. There are many accessories for outside and inside. I myself have this set for indoor surveillance.

good morning Thierry, I bought the Arlo in January 2023, I charged it and installed it outside the house under a roof, always on and detects movement with recording, now it's been 3 and a half months and I'm at 16% charge with an intermediate recharge.

The Arlo systems are high resolution with NightVision features. Everything can be set individually. If the active zone field is set correctly, the Arlo sees everything and reliably. For a small amount of money, you can buy a cloud solution and control several Arlo Cams from it. No matter where the cameras are located, the cloud and app reliably films and stores every movement.

The Arlo Ultra is capable of recording video locally but with some limitations. - https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Ultra/Arlo-Ultra-can-I-ONLY-record-videos-locally-to-the-base/td-p/1668317 You will need a base unit and the videos can only be viewed later when the SD card from the base unit is removed and plugged into the PC (not possible from a mobile device). For the Pro 4, it is possible to record a video locally.

The principle of the Arlo cameras is the same for all models. No matter which model you have, you add your camera in your Arlo app and from then on you can access the new camera. You can also see your other camera there. I've had Arlo cameras for years and they're all totally different models. That's not a problem.

Do the cameras come with wall mounts?

Delivered with : Instructions, Battery(s), Screw kit, Fixing set, Fixing bracket, Power supply. The cameras have a magnetic support included (wall). But the brand recommends external brackets if the height exceeds 2 m (these are sold separately).

According to my research, the camera does not recognise this automatically, but the picture can be rotated 180 degrees via app or on the PC: https://kb.arlo.com/000062605/My-Arlo-camera-s-image-is-upside-down-or-inverted Unfortunately, 90 degrees is not yet possible: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Idea-Exchange/Rotate-image-90-degrees/idi-p/337
