This is normal. The "all-in-one" cable doesn't allow you to monitor the fan, pump, etc. separately. Your "all-in-one" cable must be connected to the "CPU FAN" connector. The other connector, split into 3, should be plugged respectively into Cpu FAN, Pump, and the third I can't remember the name of. This cable is useful if you want to separate fan and pump management. This is not really useful in my opinion. You can refer to your motherboard's documentation too, to find out exactly which connector does what. Personally, I took the all-in-one cable like you, and plugged it into "CPU FAN". That's the easiest way. It is therefore normal that if you plug the all-in-one into a connector other than CPU FAN, an error message is displayed.
