Polymaker PolyMax PC-FR is a flame-retardant PC (polycarbonate) filament with UL94V-0 certification. The material features excellent toughness, strength, and heat resistance. This filament opens up entirely new applications in the automotive, railway, and aerospace industries. We recommend using the Magigoo PC adhesion pen and printing directly on glass. Furthermore, we advise processing the material in a closed build chamber (such as the Ultimaker S5 with Air Manager) or similar setups. To fully utilize the mechanical and thermal properties of the material, the components can be post-processed at 100°C for 2 hours. For support material, Polydissolve by Polymaker is recommended. Technical specifications: printing temperature 250°C - 270°C, printing speed 30mm/s - 50mm/s, print bed temperature 90°C - 105°C, filament weight 1000g.
