Product details

The Plustek OpticFilm 8200i SE is a professional film scanner with an optical resolution of 7200 dpi. The high-quality optics enable deep-sharp images, even in dark areas, and offer remarkable results in colour accuracy. The built-in infrared channel helps to remove dust and scratches from the original negative or slide without additional post-processing. The OpticFilm 8200i SE and SilverFast software from LaserSoft Imaging offer the perfect combination of reliable hardware and professional software.

The integrated multi-exposure function enables an increase in dynamic range and plays a decisive role in high quality. SilverFast iSRD uses the device's integrated infrared channel to remove dust and scratches from the original surface, while the SilverFast SCC function enables selective colour correction for easy colour adjustments.

The Plustek OpticFilm 8200i SE scanner is equipped with the latest version of LaserSoft's renowned SilverFast SE Plus scanner software. An essential part of this is the WorkflowPilot, which guides the user through the correction and processing steps with helpful hints for efficient use, even for complex image processing. The newly developed intuitive graphical user interface, multitasking and 64-bit hardware support make working even easier, faster and more efficient.

The Plustek OpticFilm 8200i SE enables excellent digitisation for web sharing and high-resolution prints. It is ideal for home users, lomographers, amateur and professional photographers and anyone who values excellent image quality.
