Exceptional thermal insulation: To ensure higher wear resistance and thermal insulation, the all-metal heat break is coated with RCC. This also prevents heat transfer and clogs caused by the filament.

High-efficiency heating unit: A rectangular ceramic heating element delivers higher power and heats the hotend to 280 °C in just 39 seconds.

New heating block for high-speed printing: The new design of the heating block features a long heating zone to allow high flow rates of up to 36 mm³/s. With these flow rates, high-speed applications are impressive!

Removable temperature sensor: The Rapido Hotend 2F uses a PT1000 temperature sensor that is suitable for high-temperature printing and is easy to maintain and replace.

Optimized assembly: The Rapido Hotend 2F features a new cable tie structure to prevent damage during installation. This optimized assembly simplifies the setup and makes it more user-friendly. The heating element is secured by a metal dome for quick and cost-effective maintenance.

High filament compatibility: The hotend is compatible with all thermoplastic filaments, including but not limited to typical fiber-reinforced filaments such as PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, TPU, PC, PP, PA, as well as PLA-CF, ABS-CF, PETG-CF, PA-CF/GF, PC-ABS, PAHT, PVA, PET-CF, PP-GF.
