As a continuation of the vision for an ultimate instrument, Nord's flagship model in its sixth generation of the successful Stage series – the Nord Stage 4 – combines the three main areas of sound generation in a performance keyboard. It features the Nord Lead Wave 2 Synth Engine, the Nord C2D Organ Engine, and the Piano Engine, along with an extensive effects section – all in a performance keyboard with a high-quality keyboard.

The layout of controls and keys closely resembles the originals, allowing for intuitive operation while playing. This enables expressive playing, supported by the award-winning technologies of its three sound generators. Additionally, it allows for two scenes, enabling the simultaneous use of 2 pianos, 2 organs, and 3 synthesizers/samples (7 engines simultaneously).

The innovations of the Nord Stage 4 compared to its predecessor, the Nord Stage 3: The Nord Stage 4 features a new control panel design with separate LED faders for each layer, providing clarity and flexibility when creating sounds. The new preset library is packed with inspiring piano, synth, and organ sounds for quick and easy patch creation. With the Layer Scene, you can seamlessly switch between two different sound setups with the push of a button. The advanced powerful effects section, versatile pedal options, and a high-quality triple sensor keyboard offer a new level of musical expression.
