The Lylat system is in danger. Together with Fox, Falco, Peppy, and Slippy, you'll fight to save the galaxy in Star Fox Zero, an epic 3D shooter exclusively for Wii U. You'll lead the Star Fox team to alien planets and experience thrilling clashes in space against the vile Andross forces. Star Fox Zero uses a fascinating control mechanic that provides unique perspectives on the action from both the Wii U GamePad and the TV. On the TV screen, you can watch the action from a cinematic point of view, while on the GamePad touchscreen, you'll have a cockpit perspective and crosshairs at your disposal, allowing you to aim with precision using motion controls. As an experienced pilot, you'll be able to use advanced flight maneuvers such as loops and rolls to take out your opponents in style. Additionally, you can experience this space adventure in team mode with a friend. In this multiplayer mode, one player controls the spaceship using the Wii U Pro Controller or Wii Remote and Nunchuk on the TV screen, while the other aims and fires using the Wii U GamePad. As you travel from planet to planet, you can navigate varied vehicles such as the drone-like Gyrowing and the classic Landmaster tank to fight the Andross army on different fronts. Some vehicles can even transform: the legendary Arwing in which Fox and his team fly can now be transformed into a bipedal fighter called Walker. However you approach each mission, you should always be on the lookout for useful items such as medals and turnoffs. If you choose a different tactic for a stage, you might discover a teleporter that will take you to a challenging boss battle or a completely different planet. In Star Fox Zero, exclusive to Wii U, you'll fly through space and battle the Andross forces.
