The Niedax Clamp Adapter KWAT 300 is a clamp adapter for a 45° arm arrangement on T-beams with a flange width of 300 mm. It comes with mounting accessories for attaching the arm to the clamp adapter. The required clamping accessories for T-beams, such as 4 x HK 610/... and 4 x HSK..., must be ordered separately.

Generally, the arms must first be attached to the adapter. For the 45° adapters, the length of the required arms depends on the local conditions and the fittings to be used. The clamping attachment should be symmetrical, and the screws should be placed as close as possible to the flange.

The load capacity specifications of the arms being used apply. For the clamp adapters, these load capacity specifications are only valid if the surfaces of the T-columns and the profile clamps in the clamping area are made of steel or galvanized steel. If the construction surface at a clamping connection is painted, the paint must be removed, as otherwise the load capacity cannot be guaranteed.

Warning: Risk of slipping! If steel columns are coated with fire protection paint, it must not be removed without consultation and written approval from the client or construction management. In any case, the load introduction into the structure must be coordinated with the construction planning or construction management.
