With this 4K2K HDMI over Ethernet Extender, it is possible to transmit a TV signal over a network cable to another HDMI screen in a different room. You can bridge a distance of up to 50 meters by using a Cat6 or Cat6a cable. A network cable easily fits through PVC pipes, and a network signal remains reliable even at longer lengths, which is not the case when using long HDMI cables.

Additionally, both devices feature 2 IR ports (1x in and 1x out). Through this IR connection, you can control devices in the other room, but you can also control devices near your screen from the other room. The IR signal can therefore be sent in both directions.
