Its fully CNC-machined metal construction ensures stable thermal performance and consistent extrusion, helping to avoid issues like clogs and under-extrusion that can affect print quality. By integrating key components into a sealed unit, it also prevents filament from leaking into unwanted areas or degrading there.

Leak-proof design and easy maintenance. One of the biggest advantages of the FlowTech™ system is the permanently sealed nozzle and heat break unit, which effectively eliminates the risk of filament leaks. This keeps prints cleaner and significantly simplifies maintenance. Nozzle changes can be performed at room temperature without heating the hotend, saving time and increasing safety.

Consistent extrusion and material versatility. The optimized internal geometry allows for a smooth filament flow through the hotend and supports stable extrusion even for longer and more complex print jobs. The FlowTech™ Hotend processes a variety of common materials, making it suitable for both standard plastics and more demanding or technical filaments.
