The KDS-DEC6 decoder offers streaming over an IP network for 4K at 60 Hz (4:2:0) video, audio, IR, RS-232, and USB over IP with HDCP 2.2 in Unicast (one-to-one) or Multicast (many-to-many) configurations.

  • Video support: HDMI 1.4 4K at 60 Hz (4:2:0)
  • Audio support: HDMI/Line In, 7.1 PCM, Dolby True-HD, and DTS-HD Master Audio
  • Virtualization of auxiliary signals: USB Hi-Speed devices, infrared, and RS-232 are additionally provided as a virtual matrix
  • Network requirements: Gigabit switch with features such as Multicast, IGMP Snooping, Managed Layer 2
  • Power supply: PoE or external power supply (not included)
  • HDCP: Compliant with 2.2
  • Video effects: The KDS DEC6 decoder includes a scaler with video wall functionality. This allows the selected video signal to be displayed adjusted to the connected display. The video wall function enables the display of a portion of the image instead of the full screen, which, in combination with additional decoders and displays, allows for the creation of a video wall.
