The Double Layer technology provides 8.5 GB of storage, almost double the capacity of a standard writable DVD. With the increased data volume, MediaRange DVD+R DL discs can deliver high-quality movies in cinema quality with a runtime of over two hours or up to four hours with high-quality MPEG-2 video data. The DVD+R DL discs are also compatible with DVD-ROM drives and DVD players.
