Tony Iommi Signature Strings

The legendary Black Sabbath guitarist suffered a severe workplace accident at the age of 17 when his right hand got caught in a machine press, resulting in the tips of his middle and ring fingers being severed. He quickly decided to wear plastic fingertips to continue his career as a guitarist. Only with this adaptation, along with very light strings, was he able to play his powerful riffs and distinctive solos as a left-handed musician.
