The batteries in the Tronix generator are gel-filled. To prevent the gel from drying out and becoming sluggish, the batteries must be fully charged at least once every three months. If used infrequently, charging should occur once a month. The Tronix generator operates with a battery charger, allowing for continuous charging and discharging of the battery. This keeps the batteries active. For daily use, the batteries should also be charged daily. For this reason, the warranty period for the batteries is 1 year.
