The Godox LSA-09 heavy duty flexible arm can be attached to a 3/8" male thread (or with an adapter to a 1/4" thread, adapter not included in the package), which is found on many tripods. At one end of the flexible arm, there is a standard 1/4" male thread, similar to that found at the bottom of cameras. With the arm, you can freely position a lightweight camera, microphone, or light in your desired location.
