Product details

The Mountaineer family includes universal carbon tripods that are characterized by exceptionally high torsional rigidity and extremely low weight. Consequently, the Mountaineers are the most popular tripods in Gitzo's range.

The GT1542 is the lightweight tripod of Series 1 (leg diameter 25.3 mm) with 4 leg segments at standard height. It is recommended for DSLR cameras with lenses ranging from 135 mm to a maximum of 200 mm. It features Carbon eXact tubes and larger tube diameters, providing significantly improved rigidity.
