FILOALFA® ALFA TPU 90A is a flexible TPU-based filament. This material has been specifically designed for easier printing compared to the softer 80A variant.

FILOALFA® ALFA TPU 90A is highly wear-resistant and tear-resistant, maintaining its high degree of elasticity over time.

Additionally, the engineered FILOALFA® TPU is resistant to a wide range of industrial oils, greases, alkalis, acids, and many other industrial chemicals.

The TPU in ALFA TPU 90A offers excellent mechanical resistance to abrasion, impact, laceration, and chemical exposure to oils and greases. It also supports a wide range of operating temperatures.

With a stiffness of 90 shore/A, it is comparable to that of cart wheels.

FILOALFA® recommends ALFA TPU 90A for applications such as gaskets, prostheses, and shock absorbers.
